Gain an accountability partner for your New Year’s Goal!! Are you up to the Challenge? The YMCA has created a six week fitness challenge to help make your New Year’s Resolutions become a reality! Start collecting points for working out. Each week you will submit a point log. Earn 1000 points by the established deadline and win a Fitness Challenge T-Shirt. HOW DO I SIGN UP? Contact the Front Desk at the Y! Registration deadlines TBA. Once enrolled, we will record your height, weight, and percent of body fat. Participation is free!
Looking for some extra motivation to strengthen your core? Look for our upcoming month long Ab Challenge here at the YMCA! Participants will receive daily challenges from Instructor, Kim Beard! Everyone will receive a participation number in order to keep it anonymous. Every week that is completed, be sure and mark off your tasks in the log book. Each days’ challenge will be posted on the YMCA website, and also on Kim Beard’s Facebook page. This challenge is inclusive with the Fitness Challenge, so join in to gain extra points for completing each week! The sign in sheet can be located at the front desk here at the YMCA.
