SilverSneakers Fitness Program
Free fitness program for seniors that’s helping millions of people on Medicare defy the odds, shatter stereotypes and answer every challenge with, “I can do this!” SilverSneakers includes unlimited access to every participating gym and fitness center in the network. Weights, treadmills and other amenities are included. We also offer fitness classes for all abilities led by our certified instructors.
SilverSneakers
Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.
SilverSneakers Cardiofit
Try a safe, heart-healthy aerobics class to energize your active lifestyle. This class focuses on building upper-body and core strength plus cardio endurance.
Silver Sneakers Yoga
Move through seated and standing yoga poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Finish with restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation for reduced stress & mental clarity.
Pickleball
All ages welcome. Played in the group fitness room, free to members, paddles and balls are available at the front desk.
AmRap
AMRAP stands for “as many reps as possible” or “as many rounds as possible.” This workout structure is frequently used for conditioning that push your body to the max.
R.I.P.P.E.D®
High intensity style program designed to utilize free weights, band resistance and body weight exercises.
Strength Training
This is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance and size of skeletal muscles.
BootCamp
Total body, heart pumping, aerobic, strength, and conditioning workout. Interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts.
Spinning
Group Cycle class that climb hills, races down flat roads and no worry about the weather! A great class for all levels. Bikes are on a first come, first serve basis.
Barre Fitness
Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, Yoga and functional training. Each energizing and targeted workout will incorporate the Barre, and exercise equipment such as mini balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body.
Yoga
Our yoga classes improve your strength, flexibility and posture. We will teach you to focus on your mind, body and spirit. Personal mats are encouraged.
